The cable gland entry system is a combination of cable gland entry plate and captured split grommets. The extraordinary advantage for the application is the split system which enables a retro-fit of prefabricated cables or wires. Suitable for the following applications: measuring-, servo-, computer-, bus- or any kind of other cables. The KEL system is available in two sizes.

The dual row system solution allows many cables within a small space.
Different diameter cables can be inserted through the slotted captured
grommets.
With properly sized grommets the system is rated IP 54 and offers a secure and tight strain relief.

The gasket (included) between the cable entryplate provides a seal when used on panels with rough surfaces.

Supplier warranty of prefabricated cables is retained.

The grommets are positively guided and compressed for optimal sealing.

For all grommet sizes. Captured grommets hold cable securely in the split frame.

Strain Relief Systems
innovative - functional - effective

Strain relief systems KZL and ZL are used to organize different cables on machines and in
control panels.
By a special shape (rear cut) at the chamber shaped profile and the heavy duty cable
ties a secure and strain relief according to DIN VDE 0619 is guaranteed.
 

KZL-Strain relief system

The strain relief system KZL is clamped easily on a DIN-rail either 30 mm C-shape or 35 mm
hood shape.
The strain relief is effected by the cable ties. Special shape at the teeth of the KZL avoid slipping of the cable ties.
